The Breakthrough Experience
Your Next Step

Continue Your Breakthrough.

You've identified your Execution Pattern. Now it's time to understand the story behind it—why it keeps repeating, where it's showing up in your business, and whether the way you're trying to build your business actually fits how you naturally operate.

The Scorecard gives you a starting point.

The workbook helps you begin seeing the pattern.

The Breakthrough Experience is a private one-on-one session designed to help you explore what's driving that pattern and where meaningful change can begin.

Best for Realtors who have taken the Scorecard and want to understand what their result may be telling them.

Understanding

Some answers require a deeper exploration.

The Scorecard can identify your Execution Pattern.

It can't tell your story.

Two Realtors can receive the exact same Scorecard result for completely different reasons.

One may be protecting themselves from rejection.

One may be waiting to feel more certain.

One may be avoiding disappointment.

One may be carrying pressure they haven't fully named.

One may be trying to execute a business model that doesn't fit how they naturally build trust, make decisions, or follow through.

The pattern may look the same.

But what's driving it is often different.

That's what we explore together during the Breakthrough Experience.

The pattern is only the beginning.
Understanding the story behind it is where meaningful change begins.
Why I Guide This Conversation

I built this because I needed this conversation myself.

When I first got into real estate, I tried to do what many agents do.

I looked at what was working for other people and tried to copy it.

I went to classes.

I asked veteran agents questions.

I tried open houses, door knocking, networking, and different ways of building my business.

I learned a lot.

But for a long time, I was learning everyone else's business without fully understanding how to build mine.

Years later, after building and selling a brokerage, the same pattern showed up again as I moved deeper into coaching.

I tried books, seminars, content, and other models that worked for other people, but none of it felt fully natural.

That forced me to confront the same question many agents face:

What if the problem isn't that I'm undisciplined?
What if I'm trying to build something in a way that doesn't fit how I naturally operate?

That question became the foundation of the Breakthrough Experience.

The Experience

This isn't about giving you another strategy.
It's about understanding the agent who has to execute it.

Every Realtor's story is different.

That's why every Breakthrough Experience is different.

This isn't a scripted coaching call. It isn't a motivational reset. It isn't where we force you into another lead generation plan, follow-up system, or business model that may not fit you.

Together, we explore the patterns influencing your execution—not just the behaviors you can already see.

Discover

What may be driving your Execution Pattern.

Discover

Why the pattern continues to repeat, even when you know what to do.

Discover

Where the pattern shows up most—follow-up, prospecting, visibility, confidence, decision-making, or consistency.

Discover

Whether your current way of building business fits how you naturally operate.

Discover

What kind of business model may feel more compatible with who you are.

Discover

Where meaningful change can begin.

This framework has been shaped by nearly two decades in real estate, 20,000+ hours studying Realtor behavior, 25,000+ hours studying human performance, and the experience of building a brokerage to two offices, 66 agents, and roughly $200M in annual production.

The Process

The Breakthrough Experience has two parts.

Most Coaching Starts Here

"What should this agent do next?"

The Breakthrough Starts Here

"Who is this agent, and why has execution become difficult?"

From there, the work moves in two phases.

PHASE 1

Understand who you are.

Before talking about another strategy, we explore the person who has to execute it. This includes:

  • How you naturally think
  • How you communicate
  • How you make decisions
  • How you build trust
  • How you handle pressure
  • Where confidence breaks down
  • Where follow-through becomes difficult
  • What your Scorecard result may be revealing
The goal isn't to label you. The goal is to understand your operating system.
PHASE 2

Begin identifying what fits.

Once we understand the pattern, we can start asking better questions about your business. This includes:

  • Which strategies feel natural and sustainable
  • Which strategies create unnecessary friction
  • Where your business may be misaligned with how you operate
  • What kind of follow-up, prospecting, visibility, relationship-building, or lead generation may fit you better
  • What needs to shift so execution becomes more sustainable
The goal isn't to force you into someone else's model. It's to help you see the kind of business you can actually execute.
Who It's For

This experience is for Realtors who…

Know what to do but struggle to do it consistently.
Feel capable of more than they're currently producing.
Keep repeating the same start-stop pattern.
Have tried strategies, systems, or accountability but still feel stuck.
Want greater clarity before trying another tactic.
Suspect the way they're building business may not fully fit them.
Are ready to better understand themselves and their execution pattern.

This is not about fixing you.

It's about understanding you—and using that understanding to build a business you can actually execute.

A Different Way of Thinking

Two ways to approach the same challenge.

A Common Approach

  • Start with new strategies
  • Focus on what to do
  • Measure activity
  • Add accountability
  • Push for more action
  • Try to fit the agent into a model that worked for someone else

The Breakthrough Approach

  • Start by understanding the agent
  • Explore the pattern influencing execution
  • Identify why follow-through becomes difficult
  • Build awareness before behavior change
  • Ask better questions before choosing another strategy
  • Look for a business model that fits how the agent naturally operates
People rarely change because someone gives them better advice.
They change because they begin understanding themselves differently.

That understanding is what makes better execution possible.

Realizations

What Realtors often discover during the Breakthrough Experience

Every experience is different. There isn't a script or a formula. But many Realtors leave with realizations they've never connected before.

"I wasn't avoiding follow-up because I was lazy."

"I realized I had been waiting to feel confident before taking action."

"I had been asking strategy questions when I really needed better questions about myself."

"I kept trying to copy a business model that was never built for how I operate."

"I understood why the same strategy felt easy for someone else but heavy for me."

"For the first time, I understood why I kept repeating the same pattern."

The goal isn't to fit you into a formula.

It's to better understand your story so we can begin identifying a path that fits.

Setting Expectations

What this is not

Another script session
Another lead generation plan
Another productivity hack
Another motivational call
Another accountability lecture
Another attempt to force you into someone else's model

Those things may have value.

But if you don't understand why execution keeps breaking down, the same pattern usually returns.

The Breakthrough Experience is designed to help you see the pattern beneath the behavior.

Your Next Step

Continue Your Breakthrough.

If your Scorecard result felt accurate, surprising, uncomfortable, or hard to ignore, the next step is completing a short application.

The application helps me understand your situation before the Breakthrough Experience and determine whether this is the right fit for where you are today.

It takes about five minutes to complete.
