You're In.
Now We Begin.
Your 30-Day Performance Calibration is confirmed. Over the next 30 days, my job is to begin developing an individualized understanding of how you perform — your history, your business, your current conditions, and what we can learn from observing you as you operate.
Here's What Happens Next.
I'll Reach Out Personally.
You'll receive your Calibration Welcome + Existing Evidence Request directly from me. That will give us the initial information and context we need to begin.
You do not need to send me anything until you receive it.
Your Calibration Will Officially Begin.
Your Calibration begins after the 24-hour cancellation window outlined in your Performance Relationship Agreement has passed.
We'll Start With Your History.
Before I try to understand what's happening now, I want to understand what came before it. We'll begin building context around your business, performance history, meaningful highs and lows, turning points, and the conditions surrounding them.
Then You Keep Being You.
You don't need to perform differently because we're paying attention. In fact, the more naturally you operate during Calibration, the more useful what we observe becomes.
You Don't Need To Prepare For Me.
There's no perfect way to go through Performance Calibration. You don't need to become more productive, organized, disciplined, positive, or consistent because we're beginning. I need to understand how you actually operate — not how you think you're supposed to operate.
- Don't change your routine for me.
- Don't manufacture things to report.
- Don't worry about whether something is "important enough."
- Don't try to give me the answer you think I'm looking for.
Just operate your business normally. We'll learn from what happens.
We're Building Your First Performance Reference.
Throughout Calibration, I'll begin organizing what we learn into your individual Performance Record. History, conversations, Pulses, Signals, business conditions, observations, and emerging evidence will help us begin separating what appears meaningful from what is simply normal fluctuation.
Thirty days won't tell us everything about you. It gives us our first evidence-informed reference point — what appears established, what may be emerging, what we're still investigating, and what we simply don't know yet.
On Day 30, We Compare Notes.
At the end of Calibration, we'll sit down together and walk through your Initial Performance Reference. We'll look at what appears meaningful, what surprised us, what still needs investigation, and anything you believe I've misunderstood.
You aren't being analyzed from a distance. You're part of the investigation.
Your experience of your own performance matters alongside what I observe.
That's It.
- You don't need to schedule anything.
- You don't need to start tracking anything new.
- You don't need to figure out what happens next.
- I'll reach out personally with your first step.
