Most real estate coaching programs are designed for agents already in the industry. They coach the agents who did not have help at the beginning of their careers and are still trying to figure out how to make real estate their career. If you are a veteran agent, this program is not for you. This program is also not for anyone looking to “get rich quick,” and think real estate is a way to do this. This program is for anyone who is considering becoming a real estate agent because they believe real estate is a way for them to create the life they want. This is for people who, like me, want to take destiny into their own hands by serving others.

I’ve taken what I have learned from building a top-producing sales business out of the Great Recession, owning a multi-office brokerage for almost a decade, built solely for educating brand-new licenses, where my agents sold and earned 2x4 times the national average for an agent in their first 12 months, and spending over 25,000 hours studying history’s most legendary people into a two week program that will provide you with everything to build the life of your dreams.

While most coaches ask you to sign up for months and months of coaching, all I ask for is for you to commit to two weeks! Why only two weeks? Because when most agents enter the industry, they spend their first few years trying to figure out what to do since there is minimal education available for new agents. You see, most of the education offered is designed to help producing agents because they are the ones who bring in the money for brokerages. So new agents are forced to seek out their own education, which often means they get a lot of different advice and try a lot of different things, hoping it will all work out (which, sadly, most of the time it doesn’t). At some point, IF the agents have the means to do so, they turn to coaching to help put everything together for them. A coach can’t fix years of mistakes quickly, so it takes months for agents to get it all together. This is where the License to Legend program differs. The program is designed so you don’t need additional coaching. It will help you build a business ready to go as soon as you get your license, so you avoid the struggles I and most other agents feel, and you will create a mindset that will ensure you get everything you want in life!

For years, I would put my kids to bed and work until one or two in the morning, six days a week, trying to ensure that I included everything possible so people could take charge of their lives, just like I did almost two decades ago. License to Legend Coaching Program

The clock starts when you sign up for the program, except, we won’t be meeting until the end of the two weeks. Over the next 14 days, you will receive daily emails from me to help you (and me) get a deeper understanding of yourself, design the future person you want to be, understand how to build a real estate business while actually building yours at the same time, and begin building a mindset to make your vision become a reality.

Between 5-7 days after signing up, you will receive my books, The Education of a Real Estate Agent, and the workbook that complements it. Both books must be completed before we meet on day 14. Plus, you will also receive your journal, which is to be used when we meet to give you something to refer to when you get stuck.

Then, after two weeks, we will meet virtually for three hours, and I will share everything else you will need to create a path for a life of your own design!

  • Yes! After 14 days, you will have everything you need to enter the real estate industry and start building towards life you want immediately!

  • Nope! That would be excessive and unnecessary. But, you will be hearing from me every day, including a few tasks to accomplish, and to help mentally prepare you for the journey ahead!

  • After the initial 30-minute call, we will meet on day 14 for three hours.

  • A lot! You will learn how to build a successful real estate business based on proven results and how to create a mindset that will allow you to get everything you want in life!

  • Any additional help you would need should be more locally focused a good mentor could help with. But, if you would like my help, you can sign up for additional coaching HERE

  • The next step will be to get your license so you can start legally selling. You can find licensing information by referring to the resources page here. After you get your license, the next step will be choosing your brokerage. How to do this is explained in the book and workbook.

  • The only things you will need is a strong internet connection and a device to meet virtually on day 14 of the program.
