77% of my brokerage were new agents when they joined. I knew it was very risky to open up with a focus on newer agents, but I believed I could teach them to build their businesses quickly and avoid the common mistakes new agents make.
To do this, I had to create something that would help them learn and build all of the important aspects of a successful real estate business. But also do so in the shortest amount of time possible.
